The old epilator head on my Braun epilator was getting slow and clunky. I was thrilled to find out when browsing Amazon that instead of getting a new epilator (something I was considering), I could reduce e-waste by simply getting a new head for my Braun epilator. As other reviewers have said, it does take a couple of minutes to get the head on the epilator when you first set it up. You might need to try it a few times, but just go carefully, patiently and slowly and it'll be easy. Make sure it clicks in snugly. This is not something you want to be doing when you're already running late, for example.
