Great pc for gaming
This is the second pc I've bought from skytech and you can't beat them. Out of the box the performance is amazing and if you ever have any issues their customer service always answers the phone and helps you solve any issues you may encounter down the road. Will definitely be a loyal customer to them for all my future pc needs

First boot difficulty
I liked the speedy delivery. However, the first boot didn't go well. I had power but nothing on the display. I followed the troubleshooting steps from their website and everything was fine on the outside. So, I had to remove the glass case side to see what was wrong inside. I suspect the problem was that the GPU power cord had loosened in transit. They had packed a lot of material inside to prevent that, which I had removed earlier of course. As I tugged the power cable to the GPU the smallest plug came loose very easily. It's a six plus two plug that fits into the eight point power socket, and the two was loose. Not the manufacturer's fault but it took some time to remove the rest of the plugs and seat them back correctly. If you have little experience, like me, the plugs are quite confusing. They only insert one way correctly and they're not easy to plug in so it's hard to tell if the orientation is correct. If anyone has a similar problem out of the box, I'd recommend checking that very small plug first. It might save you the time I spent on it.

Very good PC
Runs hella smooth and handles 16gb ram very well. Both of my monitors have been running really smooth with the pc.

Don't sleep on this one!!! What a Beast!!
This thing is a beast for the price. Ran it through the UserBenchmark test and it scored well into the upper 15% of similar builds. SWEET!!! For me, it was a nice upgrade to an M.2 slot vs. using my old rig with sata drives. More than capable of playing anything on the market today and best of all... it is still upgradable!
