Great printing but hard to understand and adapt hook up (blue tooth) procedures. Not all request to print works

Extremely portable printer that is not only small, it is slim and lightweight. This easily fits into my book bag and does not add much weight. I tried to print a picture and other than the picture being 1 color, the details in the print are fabulous. Because I travel quite a bit, the tiny and light size is a huge plus for me!I have 2 other Phomemo printers - one for shipping labels and another for sticker labels. All of them print well and I do not have to worry about the ink running out (which is a constant worry for me because my normal ink printer sometimes shows low ink levels and I am still waiting for the subscription ink to arrive). So every time I have a bunch of documents to print, I worry if I am going to run out of ink halfway.I also love that I do not need to wait for the ink to dry (since there’s no ink) or that it may smudge.Right now I use a subscription plan for my normal ink printer which I often do not finish using the maximum pages allowed per month but I kept it anyways because it’s cheaper in the event I would need to print more pages, but with this thermal printer, I have just canceled my ink subscription plan to pay per use when I need a color print. Because at the very least I don’t have to worry if I am going to run out of ink. Love it!!!

First, this printer is well-made and sturdy. The size is perfect for travel. I seldom need a printer these days but wanted to have the option for my office without buying a full-size printer. I was interested in it because I have a label maker from this company which I love.The MO8F prints webpages, cartoons, and photo images very clearly. The photo that I printed was amazing. Note that It prints only in black and white so the images will be monochromatic. Word documents are a little fuzzy, but I’m not sure if that’s due to it being a thermal printer. It can scan and print but the image is not nearly as clear as the other options.I am not very “techy”, so it did take me well over an hour to figure out how to use it. I still am not sure I’m using it to its full capacity. I suspect if you are skilled with computers, it might be a lot easier. To be fair, there is a customer support contact, but I chose to try and figure it out myself. There are several short instructional videos to give guidance.Lastly, this printer can be purchased for letter size AND A4 size. You need to buy the one for the size you need.

It was very light weight and cute, but the issue I'm having when it is printing on tattoo tracing paper is that it is pressing the ink on the whole page.. so yes the outline or drawing I want is shown but when I place the paper on skin, all I get left is a square of ink.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this in one of those occasions! I bought this printer for my daughter who is a tattoo artist. This printer is AMAZING! The detail is incredible and it’s easy to use.After 9 months of constant use, the printer would not turn on and connect to her iPad. We contacted support, which was clearly listed on the bottom of the printer. The support staff gave us some options to try but it was no longer functioning. We provided feedback to support and they immediately replaced the printer, no hassles. Within 3 days the replacement was delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you’re looking for a printer like this, this is the printer and the company you want to use!Huge thank you!

I love the idea of it. Portable and thermal printing meaning you will never have to buy ink again! Downside is, it is a cheaper, Chinese knock off brand. I use it just to print shipping labels, which is great, it's definitely paid for it's self. But trying to print anything other than a shipping label, does not work. I tried to print a couple different forms that I needed to fill out. The form came out like half the size of what it should, absolutely no room to fill out the form. And there is no way in the app to resize it before i print. So for me it's perfect cuz I just need it for shipping labels, but it would be nice to be able to print anything else normally. I guess you get what you pay for.

After testing the product I do have a few nitpicks with it. For one the printing quality. I noticed that printing a screenshot of a file wasn’t very legible unless i used the dedicated setting, even then there was some spotting and overall not uniform. This however didn’t happen when I printed it as a file using the medium thickness. Im not sure if it happens because of it being thermal or if its even something that would be able to be fixed but it was just an issue i had found. I do wish it had maybe a retractable tray for the papers or an attachment as I didn’t like that i’d need to feed paper into the machine one by one, as well as having to basically peel it off the table afterwards. Besides that its a lovely product
