It easily adheres to my ankle—no peeling or slipping. It holds tight without being uncomfortable or irritating. I tried standard athletic tape, but the rigidity was uncomfortable. I’ve had it stay put for 3+ days easily, just like the more expensive brands. ✅ Uncut = Total Customization: I love that this comes uncut, so I can trim it to exactly the length and shape I need. Strong, durable and good for multiple uses. I was previously using kinesiology tape for muscle support and stability. I then needed something stronger than a bandaid to cover some wounds on my foot and it was working well.. once I ran out I found this tape and it has worked better than others. It stays in place and looks good, I can easily cut it to what I need.. I know the use seems off but it works better than a bandaid especially if using ointment. Well worth the purchase.

Overall I like the product and will likely purchase again. I specifically use the tape the help stabilize my knee whenever I retweak it. The adhesive works very well, stays on for days, and is equally as effective as the original kinesio tape. I like being able to cut strips to size vs the pre cut strips I have found in other brands as they are a bit to long and I end up wasting about 2 inches a strip every time which adds up. The cons are that it is VERY adhesive and leaves colored adhesive marks as it starts to peel back or when fully removed. It also doesn’t cut well and almost immediately starts to fray with little strings hanging on the edges. But since my knee injury usually lasts several weeks to months the cost savings is worth it’s downsides.

This is great tape for my needs, which is very niche - I use this for CPAP mouth tape. As CPAP user some of us get air leakage out of our mouths, for those of us that use nasal masks. This causes several issues for those of use who do this. I used CPAP for 25 years before I found out my dry mouth was because I was letting my mouth open during sleep. I use this to tape my lips together, still get some dry mouth, but much less, and my machine performance is really helped. Confortable to use, no irritation (I have very sensitive skin), and removal is not painful - so all good on those areas.

Believe it for not, we used these for chub rub! And, I'm not kidding, it worked better than anything we've ever tried. We are not very large people but Disney really shows you where you chafe. Helped the chafing pain a lot; cause we didnt have any! They are light in color and worked for my (I'm caucasian). They adhered VERY well...almost too well. They were a little difficult to take off. And they even left their "stickiness" behind for like a month.

I've tried other tapes, but this tape for CPAP to keep your mouth closed works like it should. Purse your lips then put it over your mouth works best. To be safe I always dog eared one end in case you need to pull it off quickly, but I never have. For CPAP and nose cushions you need to keep your mouth closed or you'll suck air as soon as you fall to sleep. This is very important! Just be sure your nose is unstuffed and have Sinex or saline ready. The only issue with this tape is that it's a little hard to take off. Peel it slowly don't pull it quickly or you'll damage your lips

I am a physical therapist and have been using kinesiology tape for many years now. I was a bit curious to try some of the "off brands" of tape that were more affordable for clinical use, personal use and for patient home use. This tape works very well and has good adhesion. I would definitely recommend it except for one thing. The adhesive seems a bit more irritating than other brands. I can have many patients leave KT or Kinesiotex, etc. on for multiple days, but this tape has a greater level of irritation in some of my patients after a few days than others. It is worth a try due to the price and the other positives, but beware of possible irritation.

This athletic tape is very strong and holds up to strenuous activity and even holds up to water. I have used it to protect an injured knee and blistered hands. Great product. I will definitely make sure I keep this stocked in my first aid supplies.

Ce ruban fonctionne très bien. Il peut demeurer en place plusieurs jours. Malheureusement, il est assez difficile de nettoyer la colle après le retrait du ruban. L'eau chaude et le savon ne suffisent pas. L'excès de friction pour retirer la colle a tendance a irriter considérablement la peau. Soyez donc prudent si vous avez la peau sensible.

Dura de 4 a 5 días adherida a la piel sin mayor problema; el único pero que le encuentro que al retirarla la piel queda muy manchada del adhesivo que trae consigo la cinta, por lo tanto no la recomiendo.

غير جيده وتطيح من اول يوم رغم تثبيتها بشكل صحيح. شريت وحده من صيدليه محليه وقعدت ٨ ايام وفوق ذا كله انفكت بصعوبه من جودتها وقوتها اما هذي ماثبتت يوم كامل وجربتها اكثر من مره بدون فايده Poor quality. Falls off within a day even when applied correctly. I’ve used a similar product that lasted over a week, but this one failed every time. Not recommended.

I am satisfied. It holds well even after a shower and after swimming in the sea.
