Using true lemon packets truly helped me to keep my water intake at a high level. Review: I love the true lemon brand. They can be overpowering and very sweet but I usually use 30oz of water and it is perfect. I would not recommend this in anything less than 20oz! 30oz still holds lots of flavor without being too watered down. I thought I would try the apple kids for myself (an adult lol) and it tastes like apple juice! It is so hard to find flavor packets without artificial sweeteners and I'm grateful for true lemon! (This is found on the bottom of the box normally.) After that 2 year mark, our products can still be used but will start to lose the potency of their flavor over time. It has a fresh taste without being super sweet. **Q: What is natural flavor?** A: Natural Flavor means that it came naturally from Grapes. In the Ingredients List, it lists Concord Grape Juice Powder, so most of the real Flavoring is from the Concord Grapes. It's good, too!
