CHAK - 222 CD or 104 DVD Blu-ray Media Storage 6 Shelf Unit - Dark Oak

Contrary to some other reviewers experiences, these CD cases are well-made, and the assembly diagrams are really easy to follow. I would recommend them to anyone who has even only a modicum of practical ability. For those who 'don't read the manual', the only two things you really need to know are to glue the top to the sides first, using the dowels supplied, and to use only a small quantity of adhesive. One good drop is plenty. Excess adhesive is wasteful, and can leave a mess, so use it sparingly. I used a total of around half one tube of adhesive to assemble three units, and they are perfectly sturdy, even when holding over 222 CD's, with some of them in slimline cases.

It has a lovely finish and it is very solid. It is a simple piece of furniture and easy to put together. The glue didn't work too well, but there is only one element that requires it (wooden pegs holding the top shelf on). I would also have preferred it if the shelf bracket holes had run further towards the top and bottom. (The minimum height of the top shelf is about 14cm, and I would have put it at 10cm if the option had been there). But all in all, very satisfied.

Easy to assemble. Because the top is secured to the sides with glued wooden dowels only, I secured the corners with metal angle brackets. the rack will hold 125 blu ray dvds using 4 of the shelves. Once delivered it was assembled and on the wall loaded with blu rays in 2 hours. Good value for money.

Able to display my CD's for the first time in years, and plenty of room for others if I wish. Looks very smart and tidy, without being too large. The only problem was the plug. It came with a 2 point plug, and an adaptor to let this fit into a 3 point plug, BUT it doesn't fit in at all. Luckily I have one already which it will fit into.

Looks great and easy to assemble. I used it to store my blu-rays and DVD's although I had to leave a shelf out as I couldn't fit all the DVD's.

Bad in all aspects , too light to sit properly on carpet it just falls over they are more than useless , i have bought a different one that's more solid and heavy , these are not even good enough for temporary use , I dnt know how they dare charge nearly 60 pound for this crap , and I sent for 2 so I've been doubly duped , I would hate to see someone else get lumbered with this crap , BUY AT OWN RISK , if u think oh they'll do for now , ur wrong dnt do it lol and keep looking for a different one

I was looking for extra space to store my PlayStation games and this is perfect. It was very easy and quick to put together, looks great and I would highly recommend this product.
