These fasting salts have been a tremendous help during my extended fasting. Just pop one or two every so many hours and keep it moving. First sign of a cramp, just grab one and some water.

I purchased these to aid in performing a three day fast. I had no issues during my fast and I’m assuming these are to thank, I was able to stay balanced while water fasting for the entirety of my food fast. These were highly recommended to me by members of a fasting group I joined and I’ll join them in suggesting these if you plan to fast.

I'm on my second bottle now. I use them when I'm doing Keto to keep my electrolytes up. I've also used them for hangovers! They're really great. I'm the kind of person who does NOT like flavored water. I just like to drink coffee in the morning and plain water in the afternoon. I tried the whole electrolyte water thing, flavored or not, and it's really not for me. So this is a great option, to get my electrolytes in a quick shot and move on with my day. Personally, I've not experienced stomach cramps or anything. It is a great pick-me-up in the afternoon if I'm feeling a little sluggish.

A few of my capsules were broken/dismantled inside the bottle. Only a few though. I do fasts every few weeks and have always felt pretty awful going into them. My friend who also fasts said I needed to find good pills to take to help with my nutrient levels, and I ended up with nutri-align. Mostly because their other products had a ton of good reviews. Am going with this newer formula. While I'm not fasting currently, I'm taking one a day to make sure that my body responds well to it and so far so good! No adverse reactions.

Great alternative to taking scoops of salt while fasting. I like the convenience of taking the tablets without the taste of salt.

These put a stop to me getting dizzy while on fasts.

I have a preference for this form of magnesium - magnesium glycinate. And have used all these salts, separately, in separate pills or in liquids. I was curious to test the flavors. So I opened a capsule and gave it a taste. It was fine. Then I dumped the capsule in water (knowing not all would dissolve too quickly in a small volume of room temp water, I’m a lab gal). That being said, I squirted some orange flavor enhancer in it. And it was delicious. Seriously - I liked it better than just the flavor enhancer with it’s gentle sweetener flavor. Not salty. About half a cup. It was like that orange capped drink, without the sugar. A delightful surprise. I have been fasting, and do take salts right away, if I suspect a blah feeling heading my way. I felt fine after. Can’t say it was a miracle cure, or any other health claims. But it seems to be OK. No flavor on just the gel capsule. It is more convenient to have as a pill, I am popping some in my purse for driving out and about. It has all the salts I wanted, and had not noticed before, all in one pill: Potassium, Magnesium, AND Sodium.

Fasted for 5 days and only took these and water. I had 5 at a time, four times a day. Without these I would have had severe headaches and dizziness. With these I felt my usual self the whole time.
