There is plenty of slack that ties around your neck to adjust as needed for your breast size and the fabric is super stretchy and comfortable. My sister’s rib cage/waist is maybe 1 size larger than mine and her boobs are about 2-3 sizes bigger than mine and the medium fits her perfectly! (Think sisterhood of the traveling top! Lol) Wore for a night on the town where I danced all night long and it never slipped and never got itchy or uncomfortable. For reference: My sister and I are both 5’8, I am about 170-175 lbs and she is about 180-185 and the medium fits us both perfectly. The pictures are of myself.
