Great product **Q: Does the chainsaw head tun to 90 degree / right angle to the pole?** A: No, it only goes to 30 deg with an indent at 15 deg. I haven't found a need to angle the head yet. Still, a good bit of kit, quite robust with a very long reach. Don't forget to buy some chainsaw oil as it only comes with a small quantity. **Q: It says 12” chainsaw, but the chain I took off and need to replace is 14”, does anyone know the correct size, no reply from manufacturer, thanks** A: I have not changed the chain but if it measures 14 inch then it must be they do sell 3/8" 14inch chainsaw chains on eBay quite cheap have a look just check the width on yours first I hope this helps **Q: country of origin please?** A: Not sure about Country of origin but they have a UK base in Cumbria. From the name, I would think they are European but many euro and English marked tools are originally sourced from China. The tool is good and works well, so no operational issues.
