Small but perfect
My son was thrilled to get this guy! Even though he is smaller he called him a mini figure and was super happy. Quality is good as well . Not movable arms

Scam: item size is misleading
Item description is absolutely misleading in terms of size. Toy dimensions are described as 3"L x 2"W x 5"H, but in reality even the box itself is twice smaller: 3"L x 1.4"W x 2.2"H

Really small
I was really disappointed in the size of this toy for the price. I didn't look at the dimensions, because for the price in a local store you usually get a good size pokemon toy. This is a micro-sized toy, it is no bigger than a golf ball and not worth the price. My son really wanted this pokemon for Christmas, and i couldn't find one locally.
