Any input for phonograph ?

A phonograph needs a special non-linear RIAA curve input, which this does not have. BUT, you and a friend can sing along with separate volume controls for your mics.

Can You use it with 3 ohm speakers?

I built a speaker system that operated at 1.5 Ohm and I had to get a Krell amplifier to power it. Pretty much anything below 4 Ohm you will likely need a high end amp like a Krell...

will this unit run a passive subwoofer or is an additional amp required

Yes, but you take away power from each of the other channels... you should use a powered subwoofer and then it won't eat your signal strength, or your amps power nearly as much...
