Does the bottom of these glasses have a recess that collects water in the dishwasher or are they flat?

There is a slightly recessed portion of the glass that does collect water in the dishwasher.

I got these glasses and like the design and weight but they glow blue under a UV light. This indicates lead. Can you confirm they are lead free
