Great product…easy to take and digest

These are not your parents old vitamin c supplements or those joke emergen Cs. Liposomal have way better bioavailability which means they are able to cross the blood-brain barrier and get to your cells more easily. Well worth the added cost cuz you are literally pi$$ing away your money on regular supplements. Do your research and you will see why liposomal rocks!

I’ve been using this liposomal vitamin C for a bit now, and overall I’d say it’s a solid supplement, just not one where you’re going to notice anything dramatic right away. It’s more of a steady, behind-the-scenes kind of support. One of the main reasons I picked this version is the liposomal delivery. It’s supposed to help with absorption compared to standard vitamin C, which is nice in theory and part of what makes it feel a bit more “premium.” I also like that it’s pretty clean ingredient-wise and easy to take daily without upsetting my stomach, which can sometimes happen with higher-dose vitamin C. In terms of actual effects, it’s subtle. I can’t say I feel a huge difference day to day, but I do feel like it’s a good addition for general immune support and overall health, especially during times when I want a little extra coverage. It’s more about consistency than immediate results. Capsules are easy enough to take, and the bottle lasts a while, which makes it convenient. Overall, it feels like a dependable, good-quality product from a brand that’s pretty consistent. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because it does what it’s supposed to do, but doesn’t really stand out in a noticeable way compared to other vitamin C options.

I took this at the start of a cold and it knocked it right out of me. Liposomal is where its at! Love the NOW brand too. Its more affordable.

Good but I found a better one

I uave used NOW products before but this one is seriously dissappointing. I wanted to buy liquid version but was not able to het same day delivery so I mistakenly opted for these capsules. I had an infection in my mouth and O used the last 2 grams of liquid lipo Vit C I had and within a few hours my skin had relaxed and pain had gone. Then this one arrived in tge evening and I have taken 10gram over the last 24 hours. My infection is stable. It has not improved. I have always used liquid and I will buy liquid again. Update Have continued using this product and it has little to no effect on infections. Vitamin c is water solulable and gets in the blood stream, it goes everwhere in your body. There seems to be an issue of absorption... this product has little to no effect at high dose. At the recommended dose it would be a complete waste of money
