I’ve recently begun experimenting with solar power, and this 50W flexible solar panel has quickly become a valuable part of my setup. I recently used it for a DIY portable power station, and its performance has been outstanding. The panel feels well-built, and I particularly like its lightweight design. Compared to the rigid panels I’ve used in the past, it’s much easier to transport and set up. Even in less-than-perfect weather, its output remains impressive. On sunny days, it nearly reaches its rated power, and even with partial cloud cover, it still delivers solid charging performance. The standard MC4 connectors make integrating it into my existing solar system a breeze. While it’s described as “flexible,” it’s more accurately “bendable,” able to conform to slightly curved surfaces—a feature that greatly expands installation options. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this solar panel. It’s efficient, portable, and appears durable enough to handle regular use. It connects to your phone through an app, so you can check the charging capacity and the percentage of your battery.

This 50W solar panel is a total game changer for my truck. The installation was incredibly easy, and it mounted to my tonneau cover so seamlessly it looks like a factory option. I used a simple adapter to connect it to my battery pack, and it works perfectly. What I love most is how it keeps my power source topped off. I use the battery pack to power my tools and charge devices in the truck bed, and I no longer have to worry about it running low. The peace of mind is incredible, knowing that all the components, including the panel itself and the wiring, are completely weatherproof and built to withstand the elements. Panel came well packaged and a clean looking unit. Panel was stiff but flexible and exactly what I was needing however the unit was defective. Was reading volts but zero watts indicating a bad diode or cell.

I've had my 50w panel mounted for a little while now, and just as expected, I am very happy with it. This is the second Lensun panel I have mounted to my truck, the first being the 100w panel for the Ram 2500 hood. I use that panel to keep my truck battery topped off. I mounted this 50w panel to my roof, and it is keeping my auxillary power station charged. I run my fridge from this station, whether I'm camping or working (pictured on the jobsite). So far, it has done a great job, and I will be looking to add two more of these panels to that location, for a total of 150w for the power station. The panel is held down with 3m double sided tape, and I've had no issues with it!

Absolutely amazing product, super simple to install. Works plug and play. I have one mounted on my hood and grabbed an additional to add more power to my setup for all day coverage of my portable battery and fridge setup in my 4Runner.

I’m very happy with the 50 watt flexible solar panel. The output works great and delivers a good charge to my batteries. It’s going to be installed on my travel trailer, and it’s very easy to mount on the curved roof. The build quality is pretty fantastic for the price. It feels very durable for being very lightweight, which is perfect for my trailer.

Stopped working in about a month. Cannot be returned.

We use this on our sailboat to charge the batteries and it works great!
