It's a good product. It does what is intended to be done

Worst product, not yet all working and wast of money

Video quality is good, though I have not tested the night-vision feature. Assembling and disassembling the device is easy, but a little technical knowledge is required to operate the pen properly—especially while taking backups to a laptop or external hard disk. The maximum continuous recording time is about one hour. Videos get played on VLC media player only. The charger provided by the vendor did not work at all and was too thick to connect properly to the pen. However, I used my old mobile phone charger, which worked perfectly for charging. The vendor was kind enough to replace the spy pen initially supplied, as it was capturing only green-tinted photos and videos. The pen is compact and exactly the size of a regular pen. Overall, it is value for money. It is advisable to purchase it with the vendor-provided memory card, as not all memory cards are compatible and it is difficult to find a suitable one in local shops.

Since the device does not include an SD card, purchasing the wrong type or unsupported card can easily lead to confusion during installation. Including a reliable SD card or providing clearer recommendations would greatly improve the user experience. Overall, the product works, but usability and documentation need improvement.

Horrible, useless product. Even after replacement it's not working. The WhatsApp support is not at all effective. Not just money, but precious time has been wasted.

The video quality, for such a tiny device, is surprisingly clear. The 1080p resolution captures video and audio that is perfectly usable for reviewing meeting notes or capturing conversations. The audio is clear enough to pick up what's being said in a normal-sized room.
