This device helps so much. I love the first setting of massage and the middle setting of warmth for my endo pain. It is great for belly and back. I used the device and then unfortunately the battery acted weird and would not keep a charge. But the customer service is so great. They respond quickly and they are sending me a new unit to replace the faulty one. I’m very impressed with both the company and product.

The only thing I don’t like: the battery takes evidently longer than four hours. Honestly, mine seems to take 6-8 hours to fully charge. I do plan to get multiple of these so I could potentially just swap the batteries out while charging but the battery is only supposed to take four hours to charge (which is already very long for something that lasts three hours when used). Everything else: LOVEEEEE !!! The heat is actually hot- I usually do hottest on every heat pad I have but on this I have to do medium. I did give myself a patchy red burn on my stomach from doing it on the red setting - but I’d almost rather it have a range that goes too hot vs one that isn’t hot at all. Use red at your own risk😬 The vibration patterns are great! I use multiple of the settings depending on my need. It’s been very useful for my chronic discomfort / pain🌟 It’s thin enough to toss in my purse and take with anywhere- can easily wear while running errands. Love!! I do wish they would figure out a better battery to make it 100% worth it. But I would still recommend! Just be careful on the red setting and maybe find a suitable battery replacement to swap while it charges (I know they don’t suggest alternate batteries though).

I’ve been using the Pixie wearable heating pad for a few weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with it. The heating pad itself works wonderfully. It gets hot and stays hot, which is exactly what I need for my menstrual cramps. The massage feature is also a nice bonus and definitely adds to the relief, though I will say it’s quite loud. Not ideal if you’re trying to use it discreetly in public, but it’s manageable at home. I did run into an issue with the battery pack not charging after a few uses, which was frustrating at first. However, I have to give major credit to Pixie’s customer service, they were absolutely phenomenal. Quick to respond, very understanding, and they sent me a replacement battery right away without any hassle. All in all, a great product with solid support behind it. Just be aware of the noisy massage function, but if you’re mainly using it for heat, it’s fantastic.

This product is amazing— and their customer service is top notch! Unfortunately, the initial belt I received was defective and would not charge with the provided cord. I reached out to advise them of the issue, and they responded within a couple of hours and immediately offered to send me a replacement. It arrived within 2 days and works perfectly. I absolutely love the heat and massage settings on this product. It is discrete and comfortable. The belt is soft and an extension is also provided for plus sized humans. The herbal pack smells amazing and is extra soothing. It seems the battery is long lasting as I have been wearing it for about 3 hours, and it is still going strong! Highly recommend this item. Also, my best friend used it to soothe her sore chest following her recent double mastectomy, so it can be used as a tool for all sorts of aches and pains.

I really like the quality of the pad itself (and the color!) and it came in a nice box with very detailed instructions. My complaint is the battery. I charged for about 6 hours and I got all 4 lights on the battery park so we were fully charged. When I plugged it into the pad it ran for about an hour and a half and then the automatic shut off occurred. I went to turn it back on and it would shut off immediately. I checked the battery level and it still had 2 bars. I let it stay off for a few hours then tried again and still won’t stay on for longer than 1 minute. Seems like I have a bad battery. I reached out to the company as it seems like they have very good customer service so hopefully they will be able to help. Otherwise I’ll have to return.

Worked great the first time. It helped with pain. The heat vibration levels are perfect. And I love how easy it was hide under clothes and how portable it is. I genuinely loved it. However, I pulled it out to use a couple months later and the power bank does not stay on. It’s quite spendy for it to stop after one use. Update: I reached out to the company themselves and they had a quick reply and sent a replacement super quick. Highly impressed with company.
