This vendor is a cheat !
I received faulty piece of my equipment. the godrej service man confirmed it as well. Firstly this vendor must be pulled up for sending a faulty piece. Hope Amazon take a note of this message and also puts a system in place to deal with such vendors. To make matters worse, my experience got bitter further as the refund pieces for really cumbersome, and after nearly a month after the return was done. Never had this experience earlier with Amazon. Hope they will take corrective action.
