No. The three come in one resealable baggie with a card insert.

Will they work as a zipper pull?

Depends how big the zipper is. The tweezer holder is about .125 wide and .025 thick. Tweezers are the best ever.

How to sharpen as they no longer have pinpoint gripping?

I would suggest using a knife sharpening stone, either a soft or hard Arkansas type. A fine grit diamond hone stone would work too. If you don't have those, one of those cheap diamond embedded nail files would probably work well enough if the grit isn't course.

Small but sturdy tweezers

These small dedicated tweezers are incredibly sturdy and precise. The icing on the cake is the mechanism with which they lock in the provided holder and become truly portable. I had been using small tweezers by Gubb but they fall short in terms of portability and ingenious design of the Sliver Grippers. Strongly recommended for what it is made for -sliver/splinter-; does the job perfectly.

These are great for removing wooden splinters, or wire slivers, easy to use and very effective, much better than tweezers….gets only the splinter and doesn’t grab skin too….
