The installation process was incredibly straightforward, taking less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Additionally, the accompanying app is highly user-friendly and intuitive, allowing for easy monitoring and management of the sensors. I placed the sensors in my basement for peace of mind in case the sump pump or ejector pump fails, and they have provided exactly that. I bought this leak detector kit to alert me to water intrusion in my home, as over the years I have had to perform cleanup twice from water flooding into my basement. The kit included a main hub, 3 water leak sensors, batteries, a battery cover removal tool and an instruction manual. I placed the three small white sensors in various locations in the basement, although they can be used wherever water intrusion could be a problem like in a cabinet under a bathroom or kitchen sink. Once the sensors were placed, I plugged in the hub and downloaded the app. It was easy to set up and connect through the app via my home wifi. The Winees system eases my mind from worrying about future flood issues.

This product works just like you would expect. My water heater was leaking and the device notified me of the water leak. I was gone today but notifications came to my phone to let me know of the leak. I have placed the device next to the water heater and there is not standing water but wet pavement and the device notified me. The sound on the alarm is definitely noticeable but not too loud. I'm so happy about this.

Purchased this system to monitor my basement/water closet and have peace of mind in case there's ever a leak. Setup was super easy and straightforward with no issues; all 3 detection pucks were linked to the main hub right out of the box and linking to my wifi was hassle-free. I tested all 3 sensors to verify the detection was working and it was flawless and very fast. It sends a text and an email to whomever you setup to receive the notifications in the app and does so promptly. My only issue is that periodically the main hub seems to drop wifi connection, but only for a couple minutes every time and never longer. I don't think this is really even an issue because it doesn't remain disconnected, just something to note. I would def buy this system again if I didn't already have one!

Leak detectors look and feel high quality. They were so easy to setup and install. Love that the batteries had paper that had to be removed so battery life was not being used until installed. These leak detectors are so compact that they easily fit under my refrigerator and washing machine and are out of sight. I tested all my three sensors and they worked flawlessly when water was detected. The notifications sent were also great allowing me to know immediately if there is any water leaks. Using the app is a breeze and I love how the status of the detectors and the battery life is displayed. Highly recommend this product to anybody that have their air conditioner in the attic. System includes a Wifi hub and 3 leak detection sensors. Installation involves several steps but the included instructions were good and had it configured and working in about 15 minutes. After installation, it appears that the app and associated configuration can only be installed on a single device. However, in the settings for the app you can add other phone numbers and email addresses for individuals that you want to receive text messages and/or emails when the system detects a leak. Didn't find that info in the instruction booklet and resulted in me having to reinstall everything when I tried to configure the system with another phone. Range of connectivity between sensors and hub seems good. No problems in our set up with some sensors on other floors in our relatively large house. Bottom line, system is worth the cost to have peace of mind that water leaks (like laundry room, water heater, etc) won't go undetected for any length of time. Recommended.
