Got this for travel, as need daily weight for heart failure and knowing if need water pill. Made it through 2 airplane rides, and cruise ship handlings. I packed in check bag, only in the foam packing included. Great value. Very small and compact, yet does the job well. Beautiful color. Haven't changed batteries yet, 5 months.

Compact and accurate.

I like this scale, I bought it for travel so that I can keep myself honest about my weight. Based on the reviews of this and the newer smaller travel scale by this company, I bought the mini, because smaller would be hard to balance on, I am 8 1/2 woman's shoe size. When I stand on it, my fits from the ball of my foot to the back of my arch… if that makes sense. I don’t know how easily large feet would do with either scale. So far, I have had consistent results, I have to add 2lbs to my weight on my bathroom scale, not a big adjustment and it is consistent. The one problem I had was getting it turned on. The instructions indicate “pull the insulation tape out first” and it implies you can see that. You can’t. I had to gently pry the battery cover off (there is an arrow on which way to push) to open but it was difficult. Once I got the cover off, I removed the tape and voila. Works great!

This is the 3rd one we bought. Lasted for years. We love the small size for our small bathroom. It fits in a narrow space where nobody trips over it but is easily seen to remind us to weigh ourselves. It is accurate and nice looking also.

Is wonderful! Very accurate and compact. I'm a tracker and I love to monitor my weight, food and exercise but I was unable to monitor my weight while on vacations. I want to keep moving forward with my weight loss and health goals and not just wing it just because I'm on vacation. This scale has helped with that so much, that for the first time EVER, I lost weight while on two separate cruises.

Mine stopped working last week. Just says ERR when I step onto it. It worked correctly when I was 60+ lbs heavier so it’s not a weight thing. It has a new battery so that isn’t it either. Then I thought, this thing old. How old? I bought it in December 2016. NINE YEARS of service. So it’s done it’s time and I’m going to replace it with another one of the same. The best part about it is that it tucks under the sink so I don’t see it every day. It’s there when I need it but out of sight, out of mine otherwise. TLDR; it’s a really good product with a very long life.

EDIT 5.5 years later: I still have this scale and it still works perfectly. I've only had to replace the battery once since I've owned it. I was researching scales to purchase for my home and was about to order the full size Newline scale when I saw this smaller one at the bottom of the page. In comparing them I saw that they were pretty much exactly the same except the size. Being that I haven't owned a scale because I don't like such an ugly big thing cluttering up my bathroom, this was the perfect solution. It looks nice and is small enough to tuck away in a cabinet. Upon receipt of this scale I was very impressed! Not only was it very affordable and available for purchase with Amazon Prime, so it arrived quickly - it looked great! I bought this expecting to get what I paid for, a little cheap scale that was (hopefully) accurate. But this thing feels like quality. It has that satisfying heft you feel when holding a well made product. The black is under a solid glass surface, adding to it's respectable appearance. I don't think I'll be tucking it away in a cabinet either. I actually opened it in the kitchen when it arrived, and just left it there on the kitchen floor in the corner. I haven't had an issue with using it either. It shows your weight quickly, always on the first try. The smaller size doesn't really affect anything by standing on it, just know that unless you're a small child, your entire foot won't fit on it while standing to get your weight. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Had received a damaged product. The edge of the weighting scale was broken. The delivery package also has glass pieces.

It can only fit one foot which is shame depending on the price
