How fast does drink work?

Depends on why you're taking it. I drink it when I feel a little dehydrated but my friend had COVID and I made him drink it and he swears it saved him from going to the hospital. Think it's a great thing to have on hand and when you're sick. I typically drink to prevent migraines and think it works.

is this a liquid and does it need to be frozen

This is a liquid but I have never froze it. I keep it in the shelf but once open I keep in fridge and drink within 48 hours.
