Are these expired? It looks as if they were manufactured in 2021 if I'm reading the numbers on the package correctly. Does anyone else have expired it

I looked at my packages and can't find an expiration date anywhere. I can tell you though that I've ordered these a couple of times now and they are just as fresh as the ones bought at the store but much cheaper!

No they are Lysol wipes just in a pop up instead of a tube for easier storage.

The wipes we are using for cleaning leave a filmy residue. Will these do that?
