Love this water great taste , hydrates well, a little pricey but you get what you pay for! I have mobile and strength issues I wish they made this in a much smaller bottle like 330 ml I would purchase it much more and make it my daily water I just can't lift those bigger bottles I'm old LOL but for those of you that have no strength issues and are younger I highly recommend this water

While I am not qualified to give medical advice I am going to share why I have be come a CORE Hydration customer. You can then decide based on what your needs are. What comes out of my tap is. 1 Hard Water, 2 has high levels of Cryptospiridum (parasite found by the hospital treating my grandmother) farmland runoff of pesticides and herbicides. We frequently have boil orders up by our local health department and water safety authority. I and grandma have health issues that have our doctor's recommending filtration and boiling water after filtration. If we choose to use our tap. So that tells me our tap water is bad. A family member trying to help bought us a Zerowater pitcher I called Grandma Infectious disease specialist to see if I could stop boiling her water now and was told no. That Zerowater doesn't remove parasites. Hmm the almost $80 filters for 6 can't make water safe to drink that was disheartening. Just for the curious my Zerowater tester put my tap at 5.00 the worst amount of solid content you can get. I was already using bottled water because I have 2 conditions that cause electrolyte imbalances and have to keep track of my exact fluid intake even though I am on prescription Sodium Chloride(Salt tabs) and Potassium tabs. Brands I have used since 1990 Poland Springs Smartwater Nestle's Pure Life (Zw test# 0.53) *1 time purchase of VOSS in plastic bottle gross taste ** 1 time purchase of BlueTriton Brand PureLife after Nestle sold it (Zw test 2.00) chemical taste. REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER vs VAPOR DISTILLED I see a lot of people saying there's no difference between CORE Hydration and Smartwater but price points. This is incorrect statements. For someone like me and my grandmother with our health issues there are profound effect in the different processes. For a person who has had Cryptosporidium once one removes all of these parasites and other bacteria in the reverse osmosis process eliminating the need for boiling so it's peace of mind and convenience. Where as vapor distilled water can actually make some people sick. I ended up in the ER multiple times in the 2 months I drank it with symptoms of being "water drunk" distilled water washes out more of my electrolytes then other water because I am already imbalance sensitive genetically.( Without bloodwork you don't know you just start showing signs of delirium that can be missed as something else.) It's really scary to go through to so it's only my opinion vapor distilled water should be approached with caution and not treated like tap or spring water. First tried a couple of bottles of CORE Hydration by Amazon Fresh after reading up on the brand by several sources I use online for research. Liking the taste and the bottle design . Inner safety seal.( Bottle sides are rigid before seal is broken after there is give and you can hear bottle draw air) and that it's from recyclable materials and also 100% recyclable. It had a Zw test of O.54. PERFECTLY PH?? There is only one thing I don't agree with the brand on and it's marketing strategy of saying it's perfectly Ph at 7.4 This is the bodies perfect acidic environment but any dentist will tell you anything above 5.5 causes "etching" damage to the denton causing white spots to form on teeth. As most parents know can happen with Sodas and sports drinks. It can occur with alkaline water as well and I wonder is this why they stopped branding themselves as fluoride free? With good oral health brushing etc after drinking. I don't see CORE as harmful and the pros out weigh the 2 slight cons. That's why I ultimately purchased my first few cases and decided it was a 5 star product. It's a little pricy compared to Fiji but I believe this is due to reverse osmosis water purification process.

I get these shipped to me every month. I love the taste plus I think its a little healthier than other brands. The only downside is its a little difficult carrying this big bottle around but even with that its not that big of a deal. Overall I highly recommend.

As stated in the item description, a perfectly balanced mix of minerals and electrolytes come together for a natural taste. With this mixture, it does a very good job of hydrating while also being refreshing. The size of each individual bottle is enough to get you through most of your day and the shape makes it a breeze to take with you.

My husband loves these! He loves the taste and design of bottles! He definitely drinks more of these than any other water!!

Water is great but why was the price $39 last week and $54 this week? What a crazy price jump. I guess I’ll have to try a different brand.

I really enjoy Core Hydration water — it tastes clean, smooth, and very refreshing. The pH balance is noticeable, and it feels much gentler than standard bottled water. I also like the sleek bottle design, which makes it easy to carry around. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit more expensive than other options, and I don’t notice a huge difference in hydration compared to regular filtered water. Still, if you’re looking for a premium-tasting water with a balanced feel, Core Hydration is a solid choice.

I had vertigo off and on for a few years before I found this water. It turns out, I was dehydrated and didn't know it. Felt low energy overall and if I lifted my head up or down too long, I'd get vertigo. I found this water in our local Dollar General store and haven't looked back since. It got harder to find for awhile there a few years ago. I was traveling 18 miles round trip to Walgreens and Walmart and Target to pick up 6 packs just to have some on hand. More recently, I found it at our Weis grocery store, but alas, even they have stopped selling their 12 packs to make room for another brand of water. So, I went back to looking online. Amazon is now offering an incredible deal on this 12 pack. It is even cheaper than the price I was paying at Weis!! So excited to stock up again!! If you aren't feeling your best, give this water a try. I was so grateful to find something so simple could help me to feel better so quickly. Highly Recommend!!! :-)
