I did encounter an issue after a while where it wouldn't turn on despite a full charge, but the support team was fantastic. After I sent a quick video of the problem, customer service immediately sent a replacement. I love the product and the amazing support—highly recommend!

This glue gun is great; if it would only hold a charge. The first few months were spectacular, now it barely works after one charge (charge for eight hours) to only work for five minutes. Would not recommend.

very convenient! I used it to install Christmas lights one year and not having to run an extension core was a huge win! Gun heats up within seconds and battery charge time is minimal.

I used this cordless glue gun for crafts for just under two months, and when it worked, it was great. It did use more glue sticks than my regular-sized electric glue gun, and I had to buy minis for it. Drips were minimal if there were any at all, and that was nice. I never burned my fingertips with it, and the light was very helpful to be able to see where I was gluing. The problem is that is that it needed charged but refuses to take a charge with the included adapter, and is now useless. Oh well...back to my old hot-as-lava burn huge blisters glue gun. UPDATE: It took hours, but it finally fully charged - and I'm back to crafting again!

Nice try the only and big fail in my opinion is the charging system. Ok so now I have a completely different battery than all my other stuff. But if the charger would plug in the back and you would be able to use the glue gun and charge at the same time it would be perfect. I know these companies know this so why why don’t they do it. Not only can I use the gun at same time as charging I don’t have a battery living around and I can use it if it’s charged or not.

This is perfect. I have a cordless Ryobi hot gun my husband bought me, however it only has high temperature setting and it does not work well on many materials. This one has high and low temperature settings and I love that it is pink. I highly recommend this product.
