This is the best omega - a bit expensive but you will know the difference. I find the formula excellent. My cardio swears by it as says oils properly filtered to get rid of heavy metals. This is important.

Well as a confirmed exponent of fish oils, I’ve been taking them for yearsBut I’ve never been able to persuade my other half to take them due to the taste and smellThese capsules contain a very high percentage of the good stuff. So that’s definitely a plusThe purer the ingredients the more efficacious it can beThe main thing dragging the rating down is the priceThis is a premium product that you pay a premium price forI suspect if my other half found out I’d spent more than double what I normally do she might take my credit card away 😄So if you want omega capsules that don’t have that fishy tang, nor the odour then these may be what you can take for your health whilst avoiding the downsides

The capsules taste much like other omega 3 supplements.Omega 3 is, I've been told good for you; you can get it through eating fish, like mackerel.If you want it without having to spray air freshener, then the capsules make a nice alternative.
