Design well thought out
Air. Cleaner has 3 speeds and is quiet. Cleans air effectively. No annoying lights at night. Well built in that the filters are completely closed from side stream air. Like 2 cleaners because both sides of cleaner has filters.

A Cleaner Home!
Have been running this air purifier for 3 weeks now and I have to say that it has made a difference in our air quality (as evidenced by the dust already on the filters)! We have allergies, a pet and live in an urban area so air quality is an issue for us. It is so quiet that I am able to run it on medium in my living area and I do not notice the noise at all. I could easily sleep with it on low or medium and not be bothered by the noise. It appears to be solidly built and I appreciate the extras in this machine that were lacking in my last air purifier (screen to hold filters in place, power saving mode while running, and dual-sided filtering). Love to turn the setting up to high right before I dust the house for the extra clean. A great buy!

Love that both sides intake
Love that it has intakes on both sides. Runs silently on the 2 lowest settings and can really clear a room when you kick it up on high.

Air purifier
Works well however I was expecting more noticeable results as far as air purification.

Not very impressed. Don't seem to do anything.
Spent an arm and a leg on 2 of these. Liked the fact they weren't inonizers. Well over a month of using them and they don't seem to be doing a thing. Filters are spotless which is impossible because of the amount of animals with pet hair/dander I have. My AC units have much more on them than these things do. I notice no improvements in the way the air smells either. There is no way to actually verify these things are doing anything except visually, which is what I am doing. I would love to leave these purifiers on high all the time but they're way too loud and low & med. seem to be to low speed wise. They have become very expensive white noise machines to me. I believe I wasted my money on these and I am disappointed in that.

Help with Replacement filter and HEPA ?
Great. Bought for my kids class at school. Easy to set up and quiet. Can someone post a link for the replacement filter and HEPA? Thanks!

slick branding expensive filters
the unit itself is good. Sleek and pleasing shape and button interface, low noise, easy filter changes. The fit of the plastic mesh prefilter is subpar, introducing a slight bow when installed that allows air to pass along the sides. Biggest issue is filter longevity, had the alert trigger within 3months of setup, this despite boasts of “up to 18months”. FAQ on their website says the sensor was calibrated for polluted Chinese cities so you can most likely reset it and expect many more months of use. Reset alert just went off again at 5mos. hepa pleats were in fact dark grey. charcoal filters have no way of indicating expiration so I assume they were spent as well. Replacement of the 2pair is $105. At this rate I will be spending $200+/yr to keep this unit running optimally. Just installed the Pureburg set, which includes two charcoal and two hepa -a bundle that smartair strangely doesn’t offer- for $38. It’s great that they’re a B corp but with what looks like an almost entirely China-based team, why are we paying northern european prices for what is essentially a drop shipping company?

Quality Air Purifier
I just got this air purifier so I don't know what it'll be like in the long run, but so far it's great. It seems high quality and has a sleek design. The highest setting isn't as loud as other purifiers, so that's a plus. The child lock is also a great feature. And I especially like the fact that the HEPA filter is made of pp/pe instead of fiberglass like most other air purifiers. Who wants to filter their air with fiberglass? I had to search hard for a brand that didn't use fiberglass and Smart Air was the only one I could find. I plan on getting more in the future!
