I got this MCT coconut oil as I was needing to get extra support for healthy fats as I started ramadan fast, vegetarian lent and doing a bile cleanse (Mct oil+ Lime+ Pink salt) what I noticed was having this has helped me tremendously my brain on thinking processing better... as before I was feeling depleted. A spoonful sometimes tasted good! The texture is good and the color was clear. No weird smells, I liked the quality.... I jus wish it was in glass jar instead of plastic bottle. The bottle fyi lasted me about 23 days with active daily use 2-3 squeezes portion

This is my favorite MCT oil. Great for the keto diet. No taste, smell and easy to swallow or to mix into your recipes. Great value.

The product is great; I use it every day for my bulletproof coffee. Last time I purchased it, it was a quality and value on par with Costco, and I was excited to be able to stock up with a gallon and save trips to the store. However with the price hike (almost +$20!) I will be going back to the other place as this is a lot more expensive than them. If you don't have a Costco nearby, then I doubt you will find a better value... if you do, then not so much.

Awesome stuff!! Especially if you are looking for an excellent oil for massage. Look no further this is perfect!!! It is not greasy at all! It is absent of a smell, which is a good thing, you can add essential oil to it to personalize it. Nice aromatherapy to add essential oil(s). Peppermint, Lavender, Cinnamon, Orange, Frankincense, are nice either one or a mix of them or whatever appeals to you. Great value for the money give it a try!
