Cyan, Medium. Circumference from my Bellybutton is between 32-33 inches, relaxed. Medium is perfect, I would not go to a large, would end up with left over strap, a small would work also but will probably have exposed Velcro. Color not the same as the picture. Honestly I like the actual color more than the photo anyways, but that’s subjective. My review is right out the package so have no say in longevity, but for the price, quality seems great and I think I’ll get plenty of use before replacement.

I think this belt serves its purpose very well. So far it has performed. It is light but sturdy and can't beat the price. I do have to say that the Velcro does grab onto my quick dry shirts. Any cotton shirts are good. I think maybe switching the grab part of the Velcro onto the strap side would be big improvement.

El producto es cumple con su función muy bien , lo compré para mi novia pues estaba teniendo dolores en la columna al hacer pierna y ponerle mucho peso y con este producto no ha tenido más y a podio aumentar su rendimiento en el gym

Quality is good but there's no specifications on length . I ordered large and it's to small.

Pretty solid belt for the price. I wanted to have one to keep my form but wasn't quite ready for a big investment. This is Velcro and it's slightly less stiff than I imagined but it's supportive.

What a great belt for deadlifts and squats. I was hesitant ordering because some said the sizing was inaccurate, but mine is exactly as I ordered. The automatic lock is really good because there is zero slippage. It’s a bit tricky to release, but I would rather the extra work to unlock vs the belt slip mid deadlift. Very comfortable and easy to transport compared to a leather cam lock style belt.

Very good product, I have been using this for the last 6 months. It is surprisingly better than many other big brands for less than half the price.

Very good, started a new job where I was lifting and bending over constantly so my back wasn't used to it, wore this for a few weeks while working and my back instantly felt better to the point where I didn't have to wear it anymore

Super Gürtel. Vom Material her und von der Einstellung. Hatte einen Ledergürtel vorher aber der hier ist besser. Ist nicht so starr und man kann ihn besser einstellen als nen Ledergürtel. Kompression dadurch besser gegeben. Für KB und KH ein Muss Ich kann den Gürtel nur empfehlen

After starting weight training late in life (51) I found this to be great for protecting lower back when squaring or doing deadlifts. Quite sturdy but also light. I brought a medium but I thing the small one would have also been good.
