Melio Carbon 3 - Moon Black

Me compre primero el balios s lux, me parecio pesado, soy una petite, y no queria un cochechito pesado, este cumple su función, probablemente actualice este comentario mas adelante luego de usar el cochecito.

It is absolutely light and easy to handle. Hoever, My wife and I ddid not know that the reclining function is completey different from the on sold in japan. We realzied that only 2 reclining positions are available for this model sold in the U.S though 4 positions are available for the model sold in Japan. It was hard to recognize it before we purchase it.

I bought it for my daughter, it's very comfortable, a small and light stroller with a car seat

The stroller very light and rides smooth. But very huge con because it has only 2 reclining positions. At first I thought I’m missing something or setting up wrong but after getting in touch with customer support from Cybex they told me that US version of this stroller has only 2 positions but the ones sold in Europe and Asia have 3 positions (because of some kind of safety regulations which in my opinion doesn’t make any sense when we have so many strollers on the market with multiple reclining positions ) I’m really missing something in the middle cause sitting position in my opinion is too upright almost feels like your baby is sliding of that seat. I’m looking into option of keeping the wheel base and buying EU version of seat only.

I wish there more positions instead of just one but overall it is good. Especially light weight features.

This stroller has a very wobbly and flimsy frame. 🥺The front wheels do not have a lock in one position. And the saddest thing is that the back has only 2 positions. You will not be able to use this stroller for your newborn baby. Because you will not be able to fold the back into a horizontal position. I bought a stroller specifically for a newborn baby but I will not be able to use it. Before that, I watched video reviews of this stroller and this same model had backs that folded into a horizontal position and had at least 3 positions, but here there are only 2☹️.

Update 3/22/2025 Got contacted by Cybex customer service and was able to get a replacement while they inspect my stroller. So I'll give the rating back. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Horrible customer service. Product itself I give 5 star. Super light weight and easy to maneuver. But the customer service/warranty claim is horrible. I purchased mine in 2023 and was happy with the product until recently I found one of the structure beam was broken. I reached out to their customer service department by email for the issue and was told carbon fiber should not be broken under normal use so I must misused their product and warranty will not cover. If loading my 3 year old weight about 14kg in the stroller is considering misuse then I really don’t know how to use their product correctly. I tried to contact them by phone again and was told supervisor will reach out to me which never happened.
