Sounds great in my RZR.

I've had a few shallow subs from different brands before. Kicker, Rockford Fosgate and other brands. I recently had the Kicker CompVT CVT122 in my single cab truck with the sub box behind the seats and they sounded pretty good. People that heard them were surprised at the sound they put out. But I still wasn't satisfied with them because I could tell at high volumes, they needed more airspace. So I took a chance with the DS18 shallow subs after doing some research. First off, they handle the power they say. I'm doing 600 rms to each and they take it well. Second, the sound quality is amazing. They reproduce bass very well. And third, they actually hit like normal sized subs and don't sound like shallows. I'm very happy with these and highly recommend them to anyone looking for real bass but don't have the space for larger sized subs.

Bought a C6 Vette and started to get a system in read 6.5 or 6x9 go in the doors. Once I popped the doors apart seen a huge speaker and went 10's can fit in there cool! Lol. Looked around for the least deepest sub and DS18 seemed to be the ones. Bought one to try easy peasie just make a template to match the mounting screws and wow so happy. Sound great surprisely great! Specially being the doors. Lots of room. Bought another for passenger side to finish the job.

Sounds good hits nicely works best with drum n bass or rap and hip hop if your looking for a sub that works good with heavier stuff like metal the sub dosent respond well with triple kicks
