I said it indicates on the package it is 4 forever stamps. She said no, that the only way it will go out is to pay $9.55. So I mailed one for $9.55 and the other one I hand delivered to the recipient’s mailbox myself since it was in the same town anyways. **Q: How do I include my name when sending directly to a loved one?** A: There's an option on the actual website for them to fill out the included card, but it costs $5 extra.
