Great Shocks
Shocks work great especially if you are towing a trailer. Using a friction sway control and using these shocks negates the need for a sway bar hitch system saving weight and time to hitch up.

Easy to install, comes as a pair, steal of a price
First of all these shocks are sold as a pair even if that is unclear on the site. $87 is a great deal considering the cheapest I could find them online elsewhere was $175 for the pair and O-Reilly's wants $129 each on their site. There are two shocks that come in a single box with the Monroe name on it and instructions inside. That box is then packed in an Amazon box. I installed these on my 08 Jeep GC Overland 2wd 5.7 Hemi. So out of the box they are stiff and don't allow for you to compress them like my original ones did which means in my case that after I removed my original shocks, I needed to jack my jeep up about 4 inches (not the axle, just the body) so that I could slide these in. I just used the scissor jack that comes with the jeep because its that simple. They slipped right in, I replaced the 2 bolts (15 mm) and it was done. All said and done, it took a total of 25 minutes for both rear shocks, including clean up time and pulling it back into the garage. It was so simple, I should have gotten my wife to do it. There are no clearance issues on mine at all. It sits maybe an inch higher now in back, but that is ok. I regularly tow a 28 foot trailer so I have air bags already and without these shocks my jeep sits level after I engage the equalizer hitch, so this is just a bonus. Only reason I installed these was because my original shock was leaking. It had about 98,000 miles on it. Anyway, it rides fine, should help with towing I suppose, but most importantly, it was super easy to install and I am not a mechanic, I am a carpenter, but I can watch youtube videos which is what I did. I hope this helps you out. Attached is a pic of how it looked installed.

Solid high quality shock, eliminate body roll and sag and prefect for hauling heavy gear and towing!
Wicked shocks whether you're hauling heavy gear in the back, towing or nothing at all! Super simple install it's literally 2 bolts on each side. Fits my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7Hemi perfect. I install, make it easy on yourself, jack the vehicle from the rear differential, then place jack stands under either side frame rails, mount the top bolt first, then use the jack to lower the diff and guide the bottom of the shock into place! Super simple! Most YouTube vids show you trying to Jack the bottom of the shock intro place on the bottom and then wrestling around with 3 different prybars trying to get it in! Don't do that! Lol.
