Doesn’t stay frozen very long and it is small

I ordered this for tennis elbow. It is VERY difficult to place the strap correctly and pull it tight enough unless you have someone else to do it for you. In addition, it slides off the pad very quickly so it will not stay in place. I plan to cut off the strap and just wrap an ace bandage around the ice pack. Could have probably done that with a plain ice pack I already had.

I recently bought a second one of these because of my tendinitis and elbow pain. I prefer to use the “colder” so I have to twist the strap in order for the Velcro to secure. But it’s flexibility works great.

Use the ice pack for my ankle was easy to put on just wish it was a little bit bigger.

They appear to be made of descent quality materials. However, they do not stay "cold" even ten minutes. If you want something cool, like for your forehead when you have a headache, you might like them. If you want to "ice" an area, not so much.
