Fits my Samsung 20, even with an Otter case
I have had a hard time finding a phone holder that would expand enough to fit my phone with an Otter protective case on it. This one does the trick and works perfectly. The flexible arm is a little wiggly when I am typing but it does job and keeps the phone in place where I can see it. Recommended.

Missing parts
I received the item today, after waiting weeks, and it arrived missing the screw necessary to fasten the phone holder. Super disappointed ๐

Breaks Too Easily
They break far too easily. Consider a change in materials, such as a true ABS Plastic that is nearly unbreakable for every day purposes.

Mostly fine
The unit fits into the base like it is supposed to. However, it does not feel adjustable enough to get it where I want it. I am afraid to try to twist the angled portion harder for fear of breaking it. I'm not sure it is SUPPOSED to be able to twist.

Missing Thumb Screw
I ordered two of these PHONE HOLDERS and both boxes are missing the thumb screw which holds the Phone Holder in place. With out these thumb screws the phone holder will not remain upright. I tried to use a standard bolt, but the threads are metric and I don't have any.

Do not buy. No knob sent - not usable.
The product looks well made, but the securing knob has not been included. The laptop desk platform does not come with any spare knobs or screws, so this should include the knob shown in the parts list for โPhone Mount ITEM#35427โ. It does not work at all without all the parts in the parts list.
