Very sturdy, easy to clean. Review: I bought these pans about 10 weeks ago and had them delivered to a friend so she could take them to my beach house to replace the old crappy set we have been using for years. She was going over so I didn't even get to see or use the set until today. I used the smallest fry pan and WOW it is nice. Not too heavy, not too light. I live the metal weighted fronts that ensures the pan won't be free floating on the stove. The non-stick interiors seem very good - I used butter to fry meat but didn't really need to. Several people have used our beach out during the 10 week period from purchase till my visit today and ALL have commented how nice it is. Too bad it went up in price in just 10 weeks but I will watch and if it goes back down I will buy another set for my house.
