While packaging was great, the product should of been inspected before hand. The black backing of the triggers, the rubber that pushes onto the back of the PS Vita touch pad was completely coming off. This defect makes this upgrade piece unusable as it will scratch my PS Vita device. I have provided images as to better explain my review. Further, the upgrade piece does not click onto the separate PS Vita grip and it inevitably falls off.
