This book is great for learning VPNs and how to configure them on cisco routers and ASA firewalls. I would love to see more books like this that deal with some of the harder cisco concepts. OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS.

Very basic stuff here, if you are looking for more complicated type configurations (vrfs, etc.) don't bother. If you just want to know the very basics it is okay

Verdict is still out on this one. I have not found this book having up todate information.

It is a great book for the basics, certainly helped me with ASA firewall failover.

Well laid out and filled with configuration examples.

Not much help at all, total waste of time. Buy something else first!
