The construction and grid on the underside will ensure this griddle won't warp.
I have only used my new griddle once, but so far I love it. It's sturdy and the grid on the bottom seems like it will keep it from warping. I love the pattern on the top surface, which adds to the non-stick quality. My first use was very successful and I'm impressed with the ease of use. It's also very easy to clean!

Very pleased with this Flat Griddle. The top is absolutely non-stick, and the matrix underside allows evenly distributed heat. Nice lightweight too and super easy to rinse off.

Very versatile sturdy nonstick griddle
Love this griddle! It’s very nonstick and solid. We’re using it inside on the electric stove. It heats up quickly, using one or two elements. Very versatile!

Great griddle for middle piece of stove ! Grandkids love to help cook their pancakes or eggs on it ! Very easy to clean . Nice item . Recommend highly .
