Review: Just what I was wanting! - I know several reviews on here are negative- not stove compatible, scratched, etc. -1st of all- they are going to get scratched. You are using them to cook, I expect mine to scratch immediately too but I bought them to cook not display for looks! Even if they have a small scratch here or there upon delivery- nothing is perfect & nothing lasts forever. I had my last set from a different company for 5 years that was a similar price range, so I am ok with these not lasting a lifetime. This set cost me $125, not $700. -Also, I have an induction stove top & I tested one of the sauce pans out & it heats immediately through to the pot. No issues here. 10/10 rating all the way around from me.

**Q: How to clean bottom of the pan?**
A: I have had these pans for a week and have found that Bar Keepers Friend is best for cleaning the bottom of the pan. I use the new liquid version along with a non-abrasive dish brush but I’m sure the original powder would work as well.

**Q: Does the handle get hot when cooking ?**
A: It does NOT get hot.

**Q: In the questions it says these are Teflon free, but do they use GenX chemicals?**
A: I don't know if They use GenX chemicals but I wouldn't buy it again. I returned my set. The bottom coat starts peeling after 3-4 times you use it.

**Q: Are these pans Induction safe?**
A: That is a big fat NO!
