She told me the brand and I purchased it. I am in love of how easy and fast it straightens or curls my hair. Quality: Amazing quality, heats up in seconds. Works well: Heads up in seconds, clamps well so all hair is getting access to the heat. Ease of use: The cord moves around so when you are curling your hair, you aren't tangling the cord making so much easier to manage. Length: The cord length is somewhat long so that is a plus if the outlet is not near to a mirror. Review: Not cheap but worth the money - This is a great iron for all hair types. I have thick hair and my daughters all have different textures and this works well for all of them. The plates allow the hair to glide smoothly without getting stuck or pulling. I really like the rounded sides as opposed to a squared edge like normal straightening irons. The round edge makes curling easy and fast and the heat settings allow the curl to retain for a long period time. Hair still has curl after sleeping on it. It also heats up extremely fast. I would highly recommend this over any other iron, especially if your goal is to get curls. The others are cheaper but if it doesn't work, as has been my experience, than it's a waste of money. If you can get over the initial cost, it's worth it. *Before and after picture attached of one of my girls. Her hair is a bit finer. Took 10 minutes to curl with this iron.

worth the money$$
I needed a good flat iron after spending less on cheaper versions, i decided to spend extra to get better results. So very happy i did!! my hair is more fragile as i age , i have lots of silver on top , with a short bob cut. This iron is phenomenal! I use it to give my hair a bend, slight curl and it works amazing. It's well made , beautiful rose colored plates, and very simple to use; 3 basic buttons, on/off, and temp controls, up and down buttons, and a clear window to see the temp.It defaults to 450 degrees each time it turns on so, be aware if you need a lower temp as i do. It's a bit costly but it's definitely a great buy!

The best flat iron I have ever owned! The infrared helps to make my hair shiny and smooth looking. It takes only a few minutes to achieve a great style, whether it be straight, wavy or curls.

Love this Flat Iron!
GREAT! Flat iron. Heats up really quickly with nice digital heat settings. Does not pull or damage hair. Easy to get the waves or straighten your hair.

Extremely unhappy
If I could put a negative review I would! Brought this iron and it literally broke on my daughter’s hair and burnt it. I never write a negative review for a product. But this is horrible. Amazon will not make it right by refunding my money bc it’s past the window and the seller will not let me contact them to get the issue dealt with. So saddening by this product is

Pretty solid
This is the one I’m keeping after trying 3 different brands, all more expensive and disappointing. My hair is different now that I’m 40. What used to work on my long hair in my 20s/30s doesn’t work now. Besides, those past flat irons are long discontinued. This heats up fast and does a good job making my hair sleek. I’ll occasionally hit the plate with my hand (ouch), hence why I’m knocking off one star. But out of what’s out there, this is pretty much the only decent flat iron, and I’ve tried way too many. Glad this is a keeper!
