Ok but...
used after seeing American YouTuber recommend but sadly I believe UK market version is very different to USA which is where it’s actually from. This is based off of results and packaging. I did see a slight improvement in my fish health but I do believe multiple boxes of these would be required to completely solve a mild fish aillment. so you are better off using other medicines. Does come conveniently packaged in sachets with clear instructions and doesn’t affect water quality or clarity. The sachets make it very easy to use but I have to say value for money and effectiveness is mediocre. Sad as I am a hugr fan of the API brand, but this is not the product for me.

Works well fish reacted well there was no bad reaction in my tank. Anything you can put in tablet for him for a fish tank makes life so much easier.

We tried a LOT of things before this but none of them worked (tried changing the water PH, tried the fin oil, tried erythromycin, etc.). We opted to move the fish to a big bin to avoid staining things in the tank and give more water for the medication and so it was a little bit of a pain but I will say that it actually resolved the fish's issue. We have a beautiful red and blue beta fish and the tail started to have problems, started to eventually wear away and then started to tear. We thought that it may be too late to fix the fish's fins but this actually worked. By the time it went back into the tank you couldn't really see an improvement but over the next few weeks the fish returned to a vibrant color with the fins improving and it seemed more alive. We will use this again when needed.

This product works well. I bought this for my black moor who had severe fin rot with open wound. I will say, when doing this treatment or any other treatment to fast your fish for a week. That part is not stated in the directions for treatment (of this product or bother product). Otherwise it makes the quality of the water even worse with the medication and food bacteria together. It will also prolong the healing process because the food bacteria works against the medication making the medication less potent for your fish. You also have to pay close attention and do some math for the dosing measurements. I had a 5 gallon hospital tank so a whole packet (recommended 1 packet dosage for a 10 gallon tank was too much - so I had to divide it in half). You will see slight surface foam when treating but that goes away after a day or so. The water also gets tinted with a reddish/pinkish hue. I also did a 50% tank change instead of the recommended 25% Now I will say this - it worked well for healing the open wound part - but not knowing (initially) about not feeding during treatment left me frustrated and feeling like it wasn't working so well or as fast as it should. I did end up switching over to Melafix to finish treatment process. Depending on the severity of the illness of your fish - time, patience, research specific to your fish, figuring out proper dosage measurements to the size of your hospital tank and constant changes of water will help them get back to normal.
