Bad taste and the scoop is so big that you can serve rice with it
Really bad product and the taste is bad as well The size of the scoop is so big and thats how its promising that much caffeine

Ghost has been one of my favorite brands so get workout supplements and this blue raspberry is my favorite pre-workout flavor from ghost so far. This pre-workout also gives me a lot less of the itchiness you get from other pre-workout (or i may just be getting used to it now) and it helps to kick start my workout! I definitely recommend! With the legend all out being so much stronger sometimes I only use half a scoop so my pre workout will last me for a lot longer than the typical 30 servings. I also love that all the ghost powders have the scoop lodged just under the lid so you do not need to dig the scoop out of the powder! That's one of the best parts about opening a new pre-workout from them!

Great for maximum effort gym days or for a long day full of tasks and errands for those like me who have ADHD and an incurable chronic illness that depletes all of your energy after doing anything at all! Highly recommend!

I’m a big fan of the Blue Raspberry flavor – it tastes great and goes down easy. The Orange Cream isn’t bad either! What I love most about GHOST Legend All Out is that it gives me the perfect boost without the jitters. That little tingle in the ears lets me know I’m ready to crush my workout. It mixes well, and I’ve felt a noticeable difference in my energy and focus. Definitely my go-to pre-workout!

Very functional, and very very tasty.

Gave me a good boost for my workout and the flavor was good however it usually left me nauseous. Whenever I took it I ended up getting a stomach ache.
