How much water do i add** A: We placed the water beads in a 16 oz. bottle and filled it up to the top. The more water you use, the bigger and softer the water beads become. **Q: how long does it take?** A: It's been a while...but a few hours at least. Takes a while. I also would suggest other balloons than these.
