Thought this thing might be gimicky, but it works really well.

Peels potatoes and kiwi pretty good. Faster than hand peeling. Well made and easy to clean. Great kitchen utility

Worked exactly as it should. I run mine on some Panasonic Eneloop rechargeable batteries.

Normally, I'm against single use culinary gadgets. The Rotato makes up for it in versatility and style, but bulk processing is the best use. While standard veggies are the target, the Rotato can process other fruits like kiwi and tomato. More structurally sound produce like potato, rutabaga, and turnip can be repeatedly run to make veggie curls for salads, pickling, or deep frying.

It actually made me want to eat fried potatoes again. No joke, usually when I have fried potatoes everyone wants some and I just don’t feel like peeling that many potatoes. The little machine is slightly noisy but it doesn’t take long to finish what would have took my hours to peel so it’s worth the sound.

I had no idea this would be as good as it is. It can peel 5 to 10 potatoes as fast as I could peel 1. I set it up next to my pull out garbage can and it literally drops right in the can. I can't wait to make apple pie in the fall.

Potato piller is fun to watch and working great. Before my wonderful wife would pill the by hand. Her Potato salad is great so she has made alot. Now I can help her with out cutting my hands. The piller is not perfect but does help alot. I recommend it.

This is my 3rd peeler from this company and the same brand. 1st peeler was so wonderful, but I wore it out 2nd peeler cut so deep, it left deep groves in the potatoes to the point, you had to peel extra to make up for the lost potato 3rd and their NEW model, is a total mess, the cutter works fine, but the arm that adjusts the height of the potato, it doesn't raise and lower smoothly, it catches on the groves on the post. As you're raising the arm to get to the top of the potato, before you can even stick the prong into the potato, it start twirling the potato, which half the time it throws the potato off the machine. Why do they have to fix what isn't broken, I guess if they come out with a new machine, you'll want the newest and will buy it. They said that the holder on the bottom, that holds the potato is now removable, big deal, the old one was so easy to clean, it didn't need to be removed, because it was attached to the base and there is no opening to clean. What a mess they have made of a wonderful product. BTW, there is no way to adjust the arm with the blade, that's why the machine that cut so deep, couldn't be adjusted.

I cannot express how life changing this is. My family loves mashed potatoes. Due to the absolute nonsense of having to peel potatoes by hand ( like a peasant ) i have resorted to instant mashed potatoes, resulting in extreme distress for my family. Not anymore, this gem peels faster than you can say potatoes. No more claw hand for me, back to making real mashed potatoes until the end of time. Don't suffer peeling , buy this and experience FREEDOM
