Great egg pan - Turned to Amazon and came across this MSMK brand. Good reviews, good price. This pan has a thicker, flat, bottom, requiring a little more time to heat up, but retains heat well. The nonstick is effortless, and I use this every week for eggs with no problem. The handle is comfortable and easy to grip. The pan is easily hand-washable. I have not used it in the oven at all, haven't needed to, surprised the description says it can sustain 700F and a dishwasher - I am not about to test those claims as other brands made similar claims and have had to adjust theirs. The lid is a nice touch, for making sunny-side ups. We had purchased Calphalon nonstick pans for our glass cooktop a couple years back. All of them warped, with a big bubble in the middle. As I submit warranty claims with Calphalon, I picked up this one to hold us over. Well now, I'm contemplating completing the set with a 10" and the sauce pots.

Heats well and evenly. Non stick. Sturdy cover that breathes.

I am very pleased to replace my old frying pan with this MsMk 8-inch Small Frying Pan. It is the perfect size, and the glass lid is a plus, the lid handle does not heat up to the touch. And the pan cleans so easily.

Many years ago, I had a small egg pan that was great for making omelettes, but you had to hold it steady on the burner with one hand, so it wouldn't fall over backwards and spill fresh beaten eggs all over the stove top. After time went by, the non-stick coating started to wear off, and that pan lost it's effectiveness. After several years of searching for a replacement I finally found the best small omelette pan on Amazon. During the pandemic, so many restaurants here in Michigan was closed. This was especially true of the many Japanese izakayas in the Metro Detroit area. Having spent a lot of time in Japan, I have come to love Donburi "rice bowl" food. One of my favorite entrées is Oyakodon, which is chicken, egg and onions severed over a bowl of freshly steamed rice. Believe me when I say it's more than nice. In order to cook a single serving of Oyakodon, you needs a small frying pan that is around 6-8 inches in diameter. The MSMK 7 inch small egg nonstick frying pan looked perfect for the job, and it came complete with a lid. Trying to find small frying pans with lids is a difficult task to say the least. However, MSMK came through with a perfect product, and I was able to cook Gyudon (beef, egg, and onions over rice) as well. So if you're looking for a highly versatile pan for frying single egg, omelette, pancakes for breakfast in the morning, then donburi from Japan for lunch or dinner, then this pan from MSMK is for you. The construction is amazing, and it heats so evenly. The best part is that the non-stick coating is really fantastic, and I have no complaints.
