Quick start guide is very easy to follow. Was enjoying a Starbucks Americano within a few minutes. It compares well with the Nespresso equivalent Starbucks range. In fact, in the espresso, if anything, this produces a stronger, tastier drink. The ability to control the volume of water and hence strength of the drink is nice. The rest of the family have taken to the Galaxy hot chocolates. My only minor niggle is the struggle getting the water container off. There maybe something simple I'm missing. I've sussed it out now - I get my nails in either side. Only a small issue. So far so good.

It works smoothly, fast, super easy as it is automatic, and you can always can customize the amount of product selecting one more or less line according to the instructions if you want more or less. It isn't super big and it fits very well in any corner of your kitchen. Very happy with this purchase, and I've been using it daily since I bought it (and couldn't help to get some accesories as seen on the picture, hehe).

This is a lovely coffee machine, slightly smaller than our last one which is what I had hoped for. I love the new change in the controls to choose a length of drink so you can leave it making it without needing to be near to stop it - great addition to the new ones. This is a great little machine, does exactly what you want, ideal temperature of drinks and makes a good coffee with exact amounts. However, almost overtime it is used, the pull out pod holder gets stuck! It is so hard to remove you have to take the cup off it first so that you don;t spill it everywhere. It does not seem any better whatever you do. I saw someone else had this issue also.
