Cable that works and helps reduce the load
Honestly it's a cable that works so it's hard to say more other than the fact that the cable itself feels like quality cable without the unnecessary weight. Ultimately I picked this item up primarily for one bag travel with the potential to run off a power bank (more on that later). When I looked at the reviews I saw multiple individuals commenting on the cable not working so I wanted to provide what I use to insure that the FLGAN 20V PD USB C cable to work with a ResMed AirMini (in my case). I paired this cable with a Satechi 165W USB C 4-Port GaN Charging Station, based on the 3 & 4 port outputs (located on Amazon) port 1 will deliver 60W (however up to 100W, you need to check the Amazon diagram), 2 - 45W (however up to 100W), 3 - 30W, and port 4 - 30W. In essence you should be able to power a ResMed AirMini on any of the 4 USB-C Ports (I've been using Port 2 in most cases), if you are using a AirSense 11 you would need to use Ports 1 or 2 and would only be able to charge other devices on ports 3 & 4 or else the charger port drops below 65W. Overall a good pairing with the FLGAN cable. On another note, I attempted to use a Anker 737 Power Bank (AKA A1289, 24,000mAh 3-Port with 140W Output) and got the dreaded low voltage error message, the Anker site says USB-C1 and USB-C2 should support Output: 5V ⎓ 3A / 9V ⎓ 3A / 15V ⎓ 3A / 20V ⎓ 5A / 28V ⎓ 5A (140W). If you are looking to run your AirMini (or AirSense 11) off a Power Bank don't use the Anker 737 (A1289) it will not work. Hopefully the product pairing recommendations will help people out. We have lift off (see picture). Below is the link to the Iniu power bank that I purchased, unfortunately Amazon only carries one color but this should help anyone in need of a ultra compact power bank to pair with their AirMini: https://www.amazon.com/INIU-Charging-25000mAh-Ultimate-Compatible/dp/B0DBHC9F8B/

Randomly Shuts Down and Ruins Your Nights Rest
I have been using this unit for a few months with my Resmed AirMini. Sometimes it will work fine all night. Sometimes it will shut down once or twice during the night, leaving me gasping for air. Sometimes it shuts down every hour or two. It's very frustrating. I've followed the troubleshooting suggestions (ensuring +60watt 20V batteries and plugging the unit into the CPAP before plugging in the battery). I'm also very careful to be gentle of the USB-C connection. Doesn't seem to matter, it still will shut down randomly during the night. It would be better if it never worked at all. I've since purchased a similar 20V PD unit from Taifu and it works 100% on the very same batteries (INIU 140W 25000mAh Power Banks). Never fails.

Works great for traveling with Airmini
I have both AS11 and Airmini...these comments are only for the Airmini since, it seems to me, the point of this power supply is portability and that's the Airmini. My goal is ultra-light for airplane flights (long-haul or red-eye) and minimal packing space in my carry-on. I can confirm this cable runs the Airmini using the following wall charger and battery packs: Baseus 30w wall adapter (using only the USB-C output, of course). Runs the Airmini at night and fast-charges phones and battery packs during the day. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09PBVVSW2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 INIU 45w 15,000 mAh battery. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09GJQG5S3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Anker Nano 30w 10,000 mAh battery (A1259). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C9CPK4GL?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 I was skeptical about the small Anker battery being only 30w output and only 10,000 mAh, but it powered my Airmini for 8 hours and still had over 20% juice left! And that was with EPR ON at Level 3 all night. The Anker Nano is much smaller and lighter than the INIU (which is still a great battery, and really not all that big compared to other larger capacity/power batteries that I just dont need since my goal is small and light). I'm amazed that my CPAP carry-on for a long haul flight is now this FLGAN power supply cable, Anker Nano 30w battery, Airmini with std hose adapter, Q-lite muffler with short hose, in-line HME, and Resmed P-10 nasal pillow mask...all that fits in a small toiletry bag. The longer hoses go in my checked luggage for hotel use, not needed for flights because I no longer have to navigate plugging the Airmini power adapter into a seat plug and hope it works! This little USB power supply cable plus the Airmini is a great combination for me.

Works great but need a correct usb-c charger to use it
This is very particular about the power supply. I will report that I recently purchased a Jackery Explorer 300D and this works perfectly find with my AirSense 11 and this power supply cord. I also use an Anker PowerPort III 3-Port 65w USB-C charger with it that works when I have access to AC power, but many USB-C chargers and power banks do not work with the AirSense 11.

Came in very handy on a recent international trip!
Came in handy on a recent international trip. I'm using the power supply primarily with an AirMini and an Anker Prime charging station with a USB-C connection. One night on the trip we were having a lightning storm and we lost power. Since I had the USB-C power supply, I was able to plug it into an Anker power bank and it kept my AirMini going through the night, while the other two guys I was traveling with who also use CPAP machines had to go without. Thankfully I brought some earplugs, so I was able to sleep despite their snoring.
