Worth the money. If you plan to use this every day as part of your 9-5 you might want to consider the red or yellow guys but for a side hustle or a hobby this tool will work great! I’ve swapped out a dozen wheels using this impact and I won’t go back to a tire iron anytime soon. It’s got plenty of power and batteries seem pretty good to.

This is a solid power tool. Sturdy, sufficient power, and just works well. My favorite part is the built-in indicators showing how much charge the batteries have. My biggest headache with my other power tools is they DONT have that, so this was a delightful surprise. I’m very happy with this purchase

Pros: All the power but half the price of name brands. Removed stubborn mower blade nut in only 2nd gear mode. Compact and light enough to access tight spaces when replacing ball joints. Bright LED light with delay off. Two 5000 mAh batteries. Four gears variable speeds. Cons: Push/slide button for reversing direction too easily moved when pulling variable speed trigger. Battery charges on "Red" without a flashing indicator. Manual states charging should be indicated by flashing "Green" LED with a full charge showing solid green. My charger only shows solid Red. Green LED only indicates charger is plugged in. Will need to closely monitor charge step indicators to prevent overcharging. Also, batteries get very warm/hot while charging.

Case was actually really nice and everything was packaged well. This thing had zero trouble taking off truck and side by side lug nuts. The main reason I got it was for my lower shock bolt. This thing has never been out of the truck since it was made 12 years ago and is torqued to 406 lb-ft with factory applied loctite and a lock nut. This thing took them right out. It is very powerful yet pretty lightweight and very maneuverable. It also removed and installed the lower ball joints with ease.

Disappointed with Battery Quality – Great Tool, but Battery is a Major Letdown I purchased this product after being impressed with the smaller version I bought last year. The tool itself performs well, but the battery quality is very poor. With my first unit, the battery failed after just one month of use — and by then, it was no longer eligible for return. Hoping that the larger version would have improved quality, I purchased this bigger model. Unfortunately, it was even worse. The unit wouldn’t charge at all right out of the box. I contacted Amazon and requested a battery replacement only. The representative assured me that she would send a new complete set and personally ensure the battery would be good this time. When the replacement arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that the battery still wouldn’t charge. This has been a frustrating experience. The tool has potential, but the unreliable battery makes it unusable. I can’t recommend this product until they fix the battery quality.

I have had this tool for about a year now and use it often. I have used on tie Rods, lug nuts, ball joints, bell housing it has been used heavily. It holds up well & is has impressive torque. My truck has 8 lugs and I rotate my tires with one battery. It's definitely worth the price

Great product. I have two. Easily removes lug nuts. I also use it to install concrete anchors. The battery life is good such that with two batteries I never have down time.

One of my batteries dont work and My amazon box was open i had to order new off brand battery, hope it work if i didnt need it i would've sent it back i thought about it and decided not to,because the product itself is good, other than that its good.
