The Sound Town SWM16-PRO is a compact wireless microphone and karaoke mixer system. It comes with dual-channel, 8 selectable UHF frequencies per channel (16 channels in total) and is interference-free. The receiver has one 3.5mm (1/8”) TRS and one optical input connector, one 3.5mm, 6.35mm (1/4”) TRS and one optical output connector for easy setup with your smart TV, sound bar, home theater or speaker system. It works with a wide range of home entertainment systems such as Bose Soundbar 300/500/700, Bose Solo series, Sonos Beam Soundbar series, Vizio, Samsung and etc. The microphone receiver and sound mixer enable you to easily mix mic signal with music without using an additional mixer. It comes with two wireless microphones and can support two wired dynamic microphones (not included). The rotatory control knobs can swiftly adjust the volume of your music, microphone, echo and tone to the desired level. The built-in pop filter reduces potential popping sound and helps deliver consistent and superb sound quality. THE MICROPHONE IS NOT PAIRED TO THE RECEIVER If you are having trouble with your microphones, first we need to clarify which batch your microphone is. While the microphone is  , long-press the power button on the microphone and do not let go. turned OFF When the display on the microphone flashes  “ 1d ”, immediately  quick-press Âthe power button on the microphone and then immediately  release Âthe power button. The microphone ’s pairing signal on the top-right corner of the LED display will  begin to flash. While the pairing signal on the microphone LED display  , turn on the receiver. is still flashing The light on the receiver should show: SWM15-PRO: Blue/purple Âonce it is connected correctly.  If the light on the receiver is signaling red, it is not connected.The SWM16-PRO:  RF1/RF2 light Âon the receiver should show  green Âonce it is connected correctly.

**Q: I would like to upgrade the microphones. can i use any uhf microphone with this receiver?**
A: Yes. As long as you have a receiver for the microphone.

**Q: What is the customer service phone number?**
A: I forgot, but it's useless anyway.  If you need help, use the email help route.  I know, I prefer to just call someone up and talk though my pain as well, but with this company you need to use email and what no longer than 24 hours for their response.  On the upside, they are very good at responding and will absolutely get you up and going.  I tested the heck out of them and they exceeded my expectations.  Tip, if you request help earlier in the customer service hours, they usually get back to you same day and back and further correspondence is good.  The set up really is easy.

**Q: Is this built-in songs list?**
A: Hello,
Unfortunately, no there is no built in songs.
You will have to use a streaming device or platform such as playing Songs on YouTube through your Smart TV or other device.

**Q: can I just connect it with my 3.5mm aux cord to my soudbar that is hooked to my tv and have it synchronized for karaoke**
