I wore this perfume in my teens and I am now in my sixties. What a lovely surprise to find it again at such a reasonable price.

The smell is not a musky as I thought it would be.. A lovely smell but not a strong as I would have liked. Still good value for money quick delivery.

What a shame…I ignored the reviews out of pure hope I’d be one of the ones that had no issue with this…unfortunately the majority of the reviews are correct. The scent is initially quite alcohol smelling when sprayed and then it does start to smell of musk (I almost jumped for joy that I had found it again)…however after probably 15 minutes at most- it’s disappeared and not in a nose blind way- it’s gone. So now I just smell it every now and again to reminisce. But honestly it’s not worth buying, which is a massive shame as it’s one of my favourite perfumes from my childhood and teen years and I haven’t found anything similar.

Nice fragrance but the top note smells like mosquito repellent spray. The musk takes time to come up...but then it becomes pleasent.

I used to wear this in my teens, brought for my 10 yr old niece she loves it. Doesn't last as long as it used to on the skin

Husband: "I snuck in here to write a review before my wife did. I found out she bought this product a bit ago. I noticed how wonderful she smelled as she walked by me one day. If anyone remembers the seventies, where you could buy Egyptian musk.. i mean the real musk from Egypt: the aroma was so wonderful. . . I was like 12 years old and first smelled it when a friend of my oldest sister was wearing it and they were getting ready to go out dancing that night... I found myself a foot off the floor, eyes closed and taking a deep slow breath, i asked her what it was she was wearing for cologne, and she told me Egyptian Musk.. I replied , "You smell sooo nice". My expression of pure heaven from this Cologne almost shot me out to space where everything was just too wonderful that night....the lingering spray after she and my sister left was still hanging in the air, and i just stood there with my eyes closed again, head back a bit, inhaling slowly again...just being brought to somewhere I had never been, was life changing. Years later when I got married and remembered that bottle, I then went shopping to EVERY store to buy what ever amount the stores had left. It was 1980,, i could only find 6 bottles like this one left in the entire city.. honestly. I took them home to my wife and she wore it for the first time and I went back to that day when i first Inhaled that mystical musk that sent me out of this world! Now you can't find that bottle of pure Egyptian Musk anywhere. But lastly, This Wild Musk Eau de Cologne Spray, Vegan Formula, Perfume, Warm Spicy Scent, 1.5oz has that musk scent that I can still remember. Wonderful, pure, dreamy.. now this is what this spray does for your man...or any man that appreciates a wonderfully scented woman wearing this Wild Musk Cologne. If you don't buy this little bottle of heavenly scented cologne, you not only will miss finding that man you've been looking for all your life, you will possibly never find him without the help of this perfect cologne. Believe me ladies... Im a man that is totally drawn to musk scented colognes....it works for Him, if used by You. :)

I am 60 years old and I have been using Cody Wild Musk since I was 16. It is such a soft, subtle and sexy sent. My husband loves it on me and I'm always getting compliments and getting asked what scent am I wearing! I used to use the Wild Musk Oil for years and sadly it is no longer being made. I will choose Cody Wild Musk over any other expensive perfume.
